How to use
Scented Candles (Jars & Pillars)
Trim the Wick: Always trim the wick to 5mm (1/4 inch) before every burn to prevent soot and ensure an even flame.
The First Burn: Allow the top layer of wax to melt completely to the outer edges of the glass (typically 2–4 hours) to set the wax memory and prevent tunneling.
Safety & Burn Time: Place on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, pets, and children. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Extinguishing: Snuff out gently or dip the wick into the liquid wax pool to avoid smoke. Re-center the wick while the wax is soft.
Wax Melts
Loading: Place 1 or 2 wax melt cubes into the clean dish of your electric warmer or tea light burner.
Warming: Light an unscented, 4-hour tealight beneath the dish, or switch on your electric warmer to release the scent.
Changing Wax: Allow wax to cool and solidify, then gently press to pop out the solid wax disc. Wipe the dish clean before adding a fresh melt.
Reed Diffusers
Set Up: Carefully insert the rattan reeds into the fragrance oil bottle.
Scent Dispersion: Allow 24–48 hours for the fragrance oil to draw up the reeds and diffuse throughout the room.
Adjusting Intensity: Use fewer reeds for smaller spaces, or use all reeds and flip them weekly for maximum scent throw (always flip reeds over a towel or sink).
Surface Care: Always place your diffuser on a protective tray or coaster to protect furniture from oil drips.
Scented Tealights
Placement: Always place tealights inside a dedicated, heat-resistant holder, lantern, or under a wax melt burner dish.
Optimal Burn: Allow the tealight to burn continuously until the wax pool liquefies fully for the best scent throw and cleanest burn.
Safety: Keep wicks trimmed to 5mm and space multiple tealights at least 10cm apart. Never move a burning tealight while the wax is molten.
Car Fragrance
Hanging: Remove packaging and suspend freely using the attached loop from your rearview mirror or headrest support.
Placement: Ensure the freshener hangs completely clear of dashboard plastics, leather trim, and vehicle controls.
Longevity: Delivers up to 6 weeks of continuous fragrance. Replace once the scent naturally subsides.
Room Mists
Spritzing: Shake gently and spray 2 to 3 times into the center of the room, aiming upward away from faces, eyes, and pets.
Soft Furnishings: Lightly spray onto curtains, rugs, or cushions from at least 30cm away for long-lasting aroma. Perform a small patch test on delicate fabrics first.
