How do I refill my reed diffuser?
Remove the old reeds, top up the bottle with your refill, then add a fresh set of reeds. Old reeds become saturated over time, so fresh reeds give the best scent throw.
Is the refill the same fragrance as the diffuser?
Yes. Each refill uses the same fragrance oil as its matching reed diffuser, so your room smells just as it did on day one.
Where should I keep my diffuser?
Away from direct heat, sunlight and draughts, on a protected surface and out of reach of children and pets.
