At Wax Lyrical, we want your favorite home fragrances to reach your doorstep quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery times, and order tracking.
Shipping & Delivery Overview
- Courier Partner: FedEx
- 2-Day Delivery: Available on all orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
- Free Delivery: Automatically applied to orders of £50 or more.
- Tracked Service: Real-time tracking included with every order.
- Delivery Costs: Calculated and confirmed at checkout prior to payment.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to addresses across mainland UK.
Excluded Locations:
Due to courier restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- Any islands off the UK mainland (including the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, and Isles of Scilly)
How to Track Your Order
Every order includes end-to-end tracking so you can follow your parcel's journey. You can access tracking details in two ways:
- Via Email: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking link once your order is dispatched.
- Via Customer Account: Log in to your Wax Lyrical account and select "Order History" to view live tracking information.
